1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard) via Stripe, as well as PayPal payments. 

2. IS MY ONLINE ORDER SECURE?
When purchasing from our site using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secured web page. Your information is then SSL - encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

3. WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email at Info@thedoggylife.com.

4. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We allow returns on all orders as long as the return request is communicated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present).

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and will be required to ship the item back to us; please note that unless the item is defective, we do not send out pre-paid return labels. We will refund 100% of what you paid for the product.

5. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

It is hard to give an exact estimate as we ship worldwide! Our pet beds are generally delivered within 10-15 business days, but occasionally will take up to 30 business days or more. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.

6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can enter that number here to track your order.
